Introducing Happy Hannah!

Hannah Jane Bell was born on November 22nd. She was 8 pound 14, though that was so long ago it is barely relevant now! Being two weeks late, she has hitherto made it her mission in life to never be late for anything ever again.
She started laughing before the year was out, crawled at 4 and a half months, sat up at 5 months and stood up holding the edge of the bath a week ago. She is obviously trying to catch up to Miriam!

We call her happy Hannah because of her exceeding jolliness... though of late, teething has caused her to be a little more sobre-minded!!

Aw, how precious! Love the baby pictures. She's beautiful!

Thank you for the blog comment. It's so wonderful to meet you! :) Actually, there are many other bloggers who enjoy J.R. Miller's writing. I don't think they've linked up his name to their profile yet, though. I first heard about him at this beautiful, inspiring, encouraging blog here:

I have read his book Homemaking. It's so funny that you should comment on my blog about it because I decided over the weekend to begin a series of posts on Mondays dedicated to the topic of family and home life. I'll be using excerpts from his book.
That's so neat that you have an antique copy of his book. It must be beautiful. I bought the one from Vision Forum. I have not heard of that other book you mentioned. Thank you for recommending it to me! I'd very much like to look it up. :)

Lord be near you,
Erika
